By placing an order with 3D Print Farm US, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services: 3D Print Farm US provides custom 3D printing, laser engraving, CAD design, and related manufacturing services. All products are custom-made to order.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property: By submitting a design file to 3D Print Farm US, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use that design. 3D Print Farm US is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted designs.

Limitation of Liability: 3D Print Farm US shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
