All orders placed with 3D Print Farm US are custom-made to order. Please review the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

Most orders require 1-3 business days for production before shipping. Rush production may be available on request — please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard orders ship within 3-7 business days after production is complete. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via standard carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We ship throughout the United States. Please contact us at mike@3dprintfarmus.com for any special shipping requests.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Glendale, AZ location by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at mike@3dprintfarmus.com with photos and your order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
