These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website 3dprintfarmus.com and any orders placed with 3D Print Farm US. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Custom-Made Products

All products are custom-made to order. We do not maintain inventory. Each item is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have a concern.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged in shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mike@3dprintfarmus.com with photos. We will review each case and, at our discretion, offer a reprint or exchange.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Digital Files

Digital file downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Files are provided for personal or commercial use as agreed at the time of order. We are not responsible for files that do not meet third-party requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting a design, file, or concept, you confirm that you have the right to use that material and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. 3D Print Farm US is not liable for any claims arising from customer-supplied designs.

7. Accuracy of Order Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at checkout, including dimensions, materials, quantity, and shipping address. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

8. Shipping

We ship throughout the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.

9. Limitation of Liability

3D Print Farm US is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this website.
